Transmigrated Canon Fodder, Please Calm Down! Chapter 238

The final exams arrived as scheduled, and the whole school entered a state of tension.

The seating arrangement for the exams was rearranged, and students from different classes were placed in the same examination room according to their rankings. Tang Guo was ranked third in the entire grade, so naturally, she sat in the third seat.

The first seat belonged to Fu Zhuoshu. When he walked in, he subconsciously glanced at Tang Guo’s position.

He didn’t know what he was thinking, but he came up to Tang Guo and said, “Good luck.”

Before Tang Guo could say anything, he returned to his own seat.

“What’s the matter?”

The system hummed, “The male lead has a secret crush on you.”

“It’s none of my business. I don’t have a crush on him. Isn’t he with Ji Xiaosi? He can’t secretly love me.”

The system hummed, “Plot twist. The host is the male lead’s true love, and Ji Xiaosi is a substitute.”

“That’s not my problem.”

Tang Guo sneered. Whether or not she had actively provoked him was none of her concern. If she had to blame someone, it would be because she was too charming, always making people unable to resist.

The first exam was Chinese. After Tang Guo received her test paper, she never looked up again.

Having traveled through so many worlds and possessing a brilliant brain, exams like these were a piece of cake for her.

The whole classroom only heard the sound of rustling papers. After an hour, Tang Guo handed in her paper.

She didn’t check it. She was confident enough.

Fu Zhuoshu couldn’t help but look up and watch her figure. A kind of worry he himself didn’t know arose in his eyes.

As she walked out of the classroom, Tang Guo encountered Wei Yue leaning on the railing. She smiled at him.

“Boyfriend, you’re so dedicated. Are you waiting for me here?”

Wei Yue: “…”

“You must not have done well on the exam, coming out so early.” Tang Guo confidently said, “I guess you didn’t answer the reading comprehension, poetry fill-in, or essay questions.”

Wei Yue’s mouth twitched slightly. She guessed correctly, very accurately.

He soon came to his senses and walked up to Tang Guo. He was tall, looking down at her, his slightly deep eyes fixed on her. “Did you mess up the exam?”

According to common understanding, finishing the Chinese exam in just one hour meant the score wouldn’t be too good. Wei Yue also understood it this way.

“Let me take you out for ice cream.”

Wei Yue put his hands in his pockets. “Do you want to go?”

“Of course, why not? Boyfriend treats, only an idiot would refuse.” Tang Guo quickly ran up to him, not making any extra moves. This was the school, and if they were caught, it wouldn’t be good.

Wei Yue started walking with long strides, leaving Tang Guo behind. He remembered something and stopped, waiting for Tang Guo to catch up before continuing. This time, he deliberately controlled his speed so that Tang Guo wouldn’t lag behind. The two of them walked side by side out of the school gate.

“What flavor do you like?”

Tang Guo looked at the ice cream in the transparent freezer, hesitating. Finally, she said, “They all look delicious.”

“Girls shouldn’t eat too much cold food,” Wei Yue said, not sure where he heard that. “How about we each get a little bit and fill a bowl with different flavors? Then we’ll eat one bowl together?”

He was asking Tang Guo. Seeing her happily nodding, he breathed a sigh of relief. Girls could be really troublesome.

Buying ice cream like this was undoubtedly very expensive. Wei Yue spent two hundred dollars for a small bowl. But he didn’t seem to mind. He didn’t eat the ice cream himself, just watched Tang Guo eat.

Tang Guo held the bowl and ate while Wei Yue accompanied her.

Before long, a group of plainly dressed boys walked over, looking at Tang Guo and laughing, “Boss, is this our sister-in-law?”

Wei Yue: “…”

“Hello, sister-in-law.”

Tang Guo smiled and looked up, “Hello.”

These gangsters also noticed the scar on Tang Guo’s face and were surprised.

Wei Yue frowned, “What are you here for?” He didn’t deny the little brothers’ address to Tang Guo.
