Tang Guo sat eating her meal, smiling mischievously as she looked at Wei Yue, who seemed uncomfortable, holding his lunchbox. “You said you don’t like me, but why do you care about me so much?”
Wei Yue: “…” He regretted it.
Yeah, what had he just done? Who knows why he would do such a thing. Wei Yue suspected that he was possessed by evil spirits, which would explain his unreasonable behavior.
Regardless of his image, he quickly grilled the rice, trying to distract himself from his wild thoughts. He had only helped a little for the sake of his classmates.

Wei Yue’s brows remained furrowed, and he clenched his chopsticks tighter and tighter.
“In the future, when I leave school, you have to protect me.” Tang Guo looked at Wei Yue eagerly. “After all, I am already yours.”
Wei Yue: “…” Can’t he just leave without admitting it?
How did he know that once he hugged her, it would stick, and he couldn’t even shake it off. While he was conflicted, Tang Guo in front of him suddenly smiled.
“Okay, classmate Wei Yue, don’t worry about it. I have a driver at home and bodyguards outside the school. I don’t need your protection.” Tang Guo smiled. “It’s fine if you don’t like me. Anyway, I know you have a crush on me. Thank you for helping me get my lunch today.”
