Transmigrated Canon Fodder, Please Calm Down! Chapter 632

“High Priest, have some dried meat.”

“I’m not hungry.”

“Then have some dried fruit.”

“No need.”

Tang Guo cupped her face in her hands and looked at Yin Yao, who was sitting stiffly and still pretending to be aloof and mysterious. Her eyes curved into a smile as she glanced outside. “High Priest, it smells so good outside. I wonder what Gaien is cooking.”

“Do you want to eat some?”

Yin Yao: “…”

This little female must be sick. Mentally sick.

“No, I don’t.”

Yin Yao stood a little ways away from Tang Guo and responded indifferently.

Despite his cold and distant demeanor, he noticed that the little female in front of him didn’t seem to care at all. Instead, she tilted her small face up with a cheerful smile as she stared at him, making him feel completely unsettled, as if his beast hide was about to slip off. Even the tips of his ears felt hot.

Of course, Tang Guo noticed the slight redness creeping up Yin Yao’s ears. She realized that even though this guy lost his memory after transmigrating, there was still one habit that never changed across all the worlds.

A single tease, and his ears would turn red, more bashful than any proper maiden. That made it even harder for her to stop.

To be able to meet someone this adorable in every world she transmigrated to really was amusing.

“Gaien has a mate now.”

This time, Yin Yao’s expression grew more serious. “Is it Aoli?”

“Nope. If it were Aoli, I wouldn’t even be telling you this.” Tang Guo pointed to the stone stool opposite the table. “High Priest, do you like standing while talking? Can you sit? You’re too tall. My neck hurts when I look up at you.”

Ah Guoguo was getting more and more like a child.

Back then, this little female used to be so afraid of him. She’d always hide behind others and peek at him with eyes like a little deer. He remembered it vividly.

“Who is it?”

He walked over and sat down on the stone stool. Even though he was wrapped in beast hide, Tang Guo felt like he should’ve been wearing a celestial robe. The aura he exuded was completely at odds with the rest of the beastman tribe.

While chewing on dried fruit, Tang Guo responded, “I don’t know her. She’s a really strange female Gaien brought back from outside. As soon as he brought her back, he hid her away in his place. Everyone’s talking about it. You smelled the scent coming from his cave earlier, right, High Priest? I suspect that strange female is the one who made it.”

Meat broth. She kind of wanted to drink some too. Way better than chewing on fruit and dried meat.

Yin Yao frowned. “A female of unknown origin? What do you mean by strange?”

“Her clothes were really odd. I’ve never seen anything like them.”

Liar.

Tang Guo continued, “It definitely wasn’t beast hide. It looked very light. I don’t know what it was made of.”

“I’ll ask Gaien about it tomorrow.” A stranger of unknown origin entering the Lado Tribe might bring danger to the whole tribe.

After he said that, he noticed Tang Guo still hadn’t left. “Ah Guoguo, do you have anything else?”

It was an obvious cue to leave, but Tang Guo acted like she didn’t hear it. “Yup.”

“What is it?”

Yin Yao quietly let out a breath. This little female was acting so weird today. Best to send her off early and hope she’s back to normal tomorrow.

Tang Guo stopped chewing, propped her chin on both hands, and said, “High Priest, I’m sick.”

Yin Yao’s face turned serious. “Where does it hurt?”

“Everywhere.”

Yin Yao had no words for that. He simply walked over to her, examined her face carefully, then hesitated before taking her wrist to check her pulse.

“Ah Guoguo, from what I can tell, your body is perfectly healthy. You could kill a sheep no problem.”

The corners of Tang Guo’s lips lifted slightly. She looked at him with a bright smile. “It’s a sickness of the heart.”
