How did she fall off the cliff?
It was because on the other side of the cliff, there was a poor little mountain village.
Occasionally, tourists would come. Most of them were men. They would stay overnight in the small mountain village, thinking it was a simple and honest place with rustic customs.
However, the ways of the world are unpredictable.
The people in this mountain village appeared simple and honest on the surface, but in truth, all the women in the village had been bought or abducted from outside.
Once abducted to this mountain village, there was basically no chance of getting out. They could only remain here for the rest of their lives, bearing children for the men here, for the old bachelors, one after another.
This village lacked girls, yet every household still preferred boys.
If a girl was born, they were unhappy, and she might not even survive.
If a boy was born, they would hold a banquet.
From the day a boy was born, his parents would begin saving money for his future bride price. Especially in recent years, young girls had become even harder to buy, which left them extremely anxious.
The place was very remote. Those who came for adventure tourism were basically all men.

Three years ago, when the original owner and her friends came for adventure travel, they also stayed in this small mountain village.
Besides the original owner, there was one other girl. The rest were boys.

The boys believed it. They stayed in the mountain village for several more days before leaving. They did not suspect at all that the two girls had been locked up. The villagers were used to doing such things, so it was not easy for people to suspect them. Especially for outsiders, how would they know that the entire village was like this?
Those women with numb expressions, nursing children, and looking plain, who would know that they were once young and beautiful?
Those old women, whose looks had faded, who appeared fierce and cruel, who grabbed a girl’s arm and even helped their sons assault her, who would know that they too had once been abducted here?
The original owner and the other girl soon understood where they were.
After being released, they were assigned separately to two bachelors in their thirties who had paid the most money.
That very day, the other girl was held down by the bachelor’s parents and forced to be assaulted by him.
The original owner was slightly more fortunate. The bachelor who had chosen her had injured his leg a few days earlier and was completely unable to do anything else.
Every day when she closed her eyes, she would hear the miserable screams coming from next door.
She decided that she had to escape. Once she escaped, she would definitely come back to rescue her friend and send all the evil people of this village to prison. These vicious, heartless, and ignorant people deserved severe punishment.
She pretended to be obedient for several days and finally found an opportunity to escape.
