Transmigrated Canon Fodder, Please Calm Down! Chapter 642

Tang Guo received Ning Luo’s pitiful gaze, but felt nothing in her heart.

According to the original trajectory, Ah Guoguo and Aoli had a decent relationship. Because of their parents, Aoli treated Ah Guoguo better than all the other females.

Facing Ning Luo’s pleading eyes, Ah Guoguo didn’t refuse. Not because she wanted to help Ning Luo, but because she had realized that Gaien especially liked this female, Ning Luo. After all, Gaien was a warrior of the tribe.

Everyone admired the warriors, because they were the ones protecting the safety of the entire tribe.

She was only worried that if Aoli bullied this female and got caught by Gaien, it would affect their relationship.

Aoli, this pretty-looking and seemingly healthy and strong female beastman, was actually quite simple-minded. She didn’t understand that the few words Ah Guoguo had said back then to stop her were actually for her own good.

She thought Ah Guoguo had become friends with Ning Luo, and felt deeply disappointed.

It was because of this misunderstanding that Aoli distanced herself from Ah Guoguo, but she never targeted Ah Guoguo.

Come to think of it, Aoli was probably the only member in the tribe who knew how to be grateful. Even though her single-minded self believed that Ah Guoguo had betrayed their friendship, no matter how she targeted Ning Luo, she never said a harsh word to Ah Guoguo. Until the day she died, she never spoke to Ah Guoguo again.

Faced with someone so stubborn and hard-headed, who wouldn’t listen no matter what you said, Ah Guoguo also had a bit of a prideful princess temper. Naturally, she carried that regret for a lifetime. The two of them never reconciled until death.

It was just that Aoli died early, and Ah Guoguo never had the chance to explain again. Back then, Ah Guoguo heard that Aoli was bitten to death by a wild beast. It was said to be an accident.

It was only after watching the plot that Tang Guo learned it hadn’t been an accident. Aoli had died because of Ning Luo.

During an outing, Gaien and some other members went to look for food. Ning Luo proposed to go as well, saying she wanted to find some edible seasonings or the like.

The members all agreed. Aoli couldn’t stand the way Gaien complied with Ning Luo in everything, so she decided to go too.

Aoli wasn’t weak, and no one thought too much of it, so they let her join.

Along the way, some things happened, and the group got separated. Ning Luo, Gaien, and Aoli ended up together. Because of Ning Luo’s curiosity, she disturbed a sleeping wild beast, and they ended up facing a life-and-death struggle.

Gaien fought with the beast to protect the weak Ning Luo and was nearly beaten to death. Just as the beast was about to pounce on the fragile Ning Luo, Gaien didn’t hesitate and rushed over to shield Ning Luo in his arms.

Aoli didn’t hesitate either and charged forward to stop the beast, ultimately dying in its jaws.

During the fight, Gaien saw Aoli struggling with the beast and wanted to go help, but was held back by Ning Luo.

At the time, Ning Luo said, “Gaien, you’re already seriously injured. If you charge in now, can you guarantee that you’ll kill the beast?”

Gaien: “But I can’t just watch Aoli fight the beast alone. She’s no match for it.”

“Gaien, if you die, you’ll leave me here. The beast will still eat me. Right now, Aoli can still hold it off for a bit. We should leave first and get help.”

By then, Aoli had already been attacked several times by the beast, and it was clear she wouldn’t last much longer.

Gaien looked at Aoli, then at Ning Luo’s pale face, and in the end, chose to leave with Ning Luo in his arms.
