Feng Ming’s entire body stiffened. Tang Guo’s lips curved slightly. Of course she knew who had come in, it could only be Feng Yu’s game character.
Feng Ming gently released her and pulled her upright. When he saw the “player” rushing in, his expression darkened. Such a good atmosphere had been ruined by this guy.
He pulled Tang Guo tightly into his arms. These “players” all had ulterior motives, one after another wanting to snatch away his bride.
“Bride.”
Feng Yu’s game character came up to the two of them and spoke directly to Tang Guo. “I am here to save you. Come with me.”
At the same time, Feng Yu was sitting in front of the computer, staring at the game screen.
Inside the game, Tang Guo saw the characters as almost no different from real people.
But in reality, when Feng Yu looked at the game characters, they were just ordinary game models. He could not clearly make out what she looked like. If he did not pay close attention, it would be hard to connect this game character’s face with Tang Guo’s real appearance.
Therefore, when Feng Yu saw the bride appear on screen, he did not feel much surprise.
He was only trying to confirm whether there was something wrong with the bride’s data, or if, just as he suspected, the bride was not a game character at all, but Tang Guo’s brain waves.
When text appeared above his game character’s head, he stared intently at the bride’s head, his heart tense, waiting for what he hoped would happen.
“Who are you, and why should I go with you?” Tang Guo replied according to her own thinking. “Are you also here to break up me and my husband?”
When Feng Yu saw this line, his brows knitted together. It was not Xiao Guo, was it? How could this reaction possibly be Xiao Guo? Was it really just that the bride’s data had gone out of control in some way he had not discovered, causing the character setting to deviate completely?
“He is a zombie, you are a human. You cannot be together. Come with me, I will take you home.”
Tang Guo curled her lips, clearly impatient. “All of you want to break me and my husband apart.” She clung to Feng Yu’s arm and said sweetly, “Husband, throw him out, okay? We still have unfinished things to do. This guy will definitely come again and again. Tie him up and whip him hard.”
Feng Yu was utterly incredulous. A positive character in a game he designed had actually gone completely off the rails and was even suggesting something this twisted, more villainous than a villain. The problem was that he had never added any hidden attributes to the bride. Where had she learned to say things like this?
After thinking for a long time, Feng Yu decided to modify the player data slightly. He would only change one thing, allowing the player to freely organize their own words when talking to the bride. Perhaps this way he could draw something out of her and determine whether this was a game bug or brain waves.
Watching his game character being whipped by the zombies, Feng Yu had no reaction at all. Fortunately, he had brought everything he needed. Sitting in the small streaming room, he began to modify the data.
Watching the incomprehensible strings of code, Xia Yi asked in confusion, “Ah Yu, what are you doing?”
“Changing some data.” Perhaps this new discovery had lifted Feng Yu’s mood, because he answered Xia Yi while working.
Xia Yi pouted. “Is it that important? Should we eat first before dealing with this?”
Ever since she had obtained a body, it seemed they had never gone out to eat together. Xia Yi suddenly realized this.
“If you are hungry, order takeout yourself.” Feng Yu replied coldly, instantly extinguishing Xia Yi’s enthusiasm.
